Where Do You Ship?
Naulter currently ships within Canada and the United States. We look forward to expanding to additional countries in the future.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Naulter piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, Naulter does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order, subject to availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Final Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
